About the Author
Carole Lomond was the publisher, editor,
photojournalist, advertising sales manager, public
relations and janitor of 103 editions of Iefferson
County City and Mountain Views magazine (1993-
2014). She was a psychotherapist (Gestalt & Reality
Therapy) during the 1980s and published Youthink
magazine with teenagers (1979-80) as an insert for
the Denver Post.
She has been an active member Evergreen, Golden, and West Chambers
of Commerce, and Denver Woman's Press Club. She volunteered 12
years volunteer of service to ]ef'fCo Historical Commission. Lomond
lived on Lookout Mountain for 28 years >
before moving to Lakewood in 2015. _, H
