Discovery Center of Dinosaur Ridge

The Discovery Center o cially opened in September of 2014. This building is an addition to the primary Dinosaur Ridge Visitor Center o C-470 and Alameda Parkway. The Center features a gift shop and a touch- friendly exhibit of unique plants and animals that lived in Colorado 150 to 68 million years ago. The original Dinosaur Ridge is on the east side of the ridge on Alameda west of C-470. The Discovery Center was established after Alameda Parkway was closed for tra c from C-470 west to Hwy. 93.
