This amazing 18-hole course is surrounded by prehistoric dinosaur remains 64 million years after the rst dinosaurs walked where holes 11 through 15 now are. It was designed in 2003 and is celebrated nationwide as unique and delightful.

This prehistoric Preserve is a 1.5-mile gravel trail between large, vertical walls of sandstone and reclaimed clay pits west of Fossil Trace Golf Course. There are several stops o ering information about mining, dinosaur, bird, mammal, insect and invertebrate tracks and traces. These 68 million-year-old tracks are
designated National Natural Landmark and maintained by Friends of
Dinosaur Ridge.
